Shipping policy
UK delivery
We dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 3pm Mon-Fri, depending on our workload. We can usually also dispatch on a Saturday morning.
We offer Tracked 24 and 48 Royal Mail options at checkout.
Local delivery within a 2 mile radius of our bricks and mortar shop is available at a cost of £2.50. This option is available at checkout if you are within our delivery radius.
Free pick up is available from the shop for those able to collect, this can also be selected at checkout.
International delivery
We're working hard to offer worldwide delivery. If it appears we don't yet send to your country, please email us info@oliveandmyrtle.co.uk and we'll set up the delivery options for you.
Options for standard (untracked) airmail and signed and tracked airmail are available at checkout. We highly recommend choosing tracked airmail for any order of value.
Please note, you will be responsible for any import VAT (and customs duties, if payable) and a handling fee.
Unfortunately at present we cannot be responsible for this as a small business and will hopefully be looking into how our website may collect these fees in advance in the near future.
Important to read
Postage is calculated on checkout depending on the weight of each item and the size of the package. If any postage has been overpaid over the cost of £1 we will always refund you the difference.
We use eco friendly compostable bubble wrap, compostable starch packing materials, eco friendly parcel tape and sticker labels.
We re-use cardboard boxes where possible. Where not possible, we use eco friendly cardboard suppliers, our main supplier being Priory Direct. Their boxes are recyclable, biodegradable and sustainable. They also donate to charitable causes including Rainforest Trust UK and Save the Children.
